Setting Up Lead Capture


zero8 sites can capture visitor emails and form submissions directly — no third-party form tool needed.



How it works


When a visitor submits a form on your site, the submission is:

  • Stored in your project's Leads tab
  • Available to export as CSV



Viewing your leads


  1. Open your project from the dashboard
  2. Click the Leads tab
  3. All submissions are listed with timestamp, email, and any other fields captured



Exporting leads


From the Leads tab, click Export to download a CSV of all submissions.



Form fields


The fields captured depend on the form included in your site's design. Common fields include:


Field

Email

Visitor's email address (always captured)

Name

Visitor's full name

Message

Free-text message or enquiry



Notifications


To receive an email when a new lead comes in, enable lead notifications in your account settings.


Note: Lead capture works on published sites only. Forms on unpublished sites will not submit.
