Quick Start Guide

This guide walks you through creating and publishing your first website on zero8.

Step 1: Sign up

Go to app.zero8.ai and create an account. You can sign up with email or connect your Google account.

Once signed in, you'll be prompted to create your first organisation — this is the workspace that holds all your projects.

Step 2: Create a new project

From the dashboard, click New Project. You'll be taken into the AI brief — a short conversational flow that gathers information about your website.

You'll be asked things like:

• What is your product or service?
• Who is your target audience?
• What's the tone and style you're going for?
• Do you have existing brand colours or a logo?

Tip: The more specific your answers, the better the AI output. Don't worry — you can always edit everything afterwards.

Step 3: Review your generated site

After completing the brief, zero8 generates a fully designed website. You'll see a live preview in the designer.

The generated site includes:

• A hero section with headline and CTA
• A features or benefits section
• A contact or lead capture section
• SEO meta tags based on your brief

Step 4: Customise in the designer

Use the sidebar to tweak your site:

• Style tab — change colours, fonts, and spacing
• Content tab — edit text, images, and copy directly
• Settings tab — update SEO title, description, and social sharing image

To edit a section's content, click on it in the preview and type your changes.

Step 5: Publish your site

When you're happy with your site, click Publish in the top-right corner.

Your site will be live at yourproject.zero8.ai within seconds.

Connect a custom domain (optional)

1. Go to Domains in the left sidebar
2. Click Add Domain and enter your domain name
3. Follow the DNS instructions to point your domain to zero8
4. SSL is provisioned automatically
